Stop being a good girl.

Why you keep picking men who drain you. It used to take me a year and a half to see a man for who he actually is. Now it takes me a week and a half.

Straight from my inbox

I get these every day. Different cities, same fucking letter.

He drained all my finances and made me help him. He was a good liar and he smiled in my face.

I don't want to shrink myself to find someone, but I struggle to meet someone on my level.

Why do I seek validation when I know I have a successful business and no baggage?

I left a 21 year relationship. Nearly 40, five kids, no money. Starting over with nothing.

I'm 49 and I got dumped from the man I thought is the love of my life.

Read this first

You're not too much. And you're not broken.

You're doing the same thing on repeat, and you learned it long before he ever texted you. Good news, honey: once you see it, you can't unsee it. And the villain of this story isn't even him. It's the girl who got taught that love has to be earned.

For me it came down to one sentence

I put a man at the center of my universe.

A man doesn't fill your life. He adds to it. Your holes are yours to fill, and until you do it yourself you'll keep picking men who can't do it for you.

Who's running this

I'm not a coach. I'm the woman who did all of it wrong first.

Four years. He was my best friend, eight years younger, and he never wanted kids. Neither did I, back then. Two months in I got pregnant anyway, and he said he wasn't ready. Then I miscarried and I decided that was a sign. It wasn't a sign. It was a warning, and I chose to hear it as a blessing. That part I did to myself.

If you sleep with a woman, you know there's a chance she gets pregnant. That's not romance. That's arithmetic.

Four more yearsEvery six months: when are we getting married. I'm planning it.

Then eighteen monthsHe ran, and he couldn't come back. But he kept coming back. You're the love of my life. Gone again.

I tried everythingI read every book I could find. I dragged myself to the gym. And at three in the morning I was talking to ChatGPT about a man who wouldn't marry me.

Nobody knewThree days without getting out of bed. Then hair, face, good lipstick, and off to work laughing.

Dozens of people saw me every single day and nobody said a word. Then a client walked in, a woman I barely knew, looked at my face for maybe thirty seconds and said: you need a psychiatrist. He gave the thing a name and that was it. They told me what was wrong with me, and nobody told me how to get through tomorrow morning when he texts that he misses you. So I built the rest myself. Two years, piece by piece, no map.

I'm still in therapy. I still smoke, I still fuck it up regularly. I'm not fixed. I'm just not stuck anymore.

The only number that matters

A year and a half. Versus a week and a half.

After therapy I met a man who behaved exactly like my ex. The old me would have needed a year, maybe a year and a half, to figure him out. It took me a week and a half, and then I told him to go fuck himself. That's not me getting colder. That's me finally seeing what's in front of me.

Want the short version of what took me two years?

Here is exactly what we do.

See it

The kind of man you keep reaching for, and where you learned to reach for him. And your anxiety isn't a defect, by the way. It's radar. It just keeps firing at the wrong men.

Own it

One sentence you can actually send him this week, word for word. Not a speech, and no sorry at the end of it.

Live it

He didn't text, so he isn't interested, so he isn't my man. Sounds simple, and it took me a year and a half, because somewhere around month twelve my brain had quietly deleted all the bad parts and left me only the good ones, which is not love, that's your memory playing for the other team. I'll show you what I do instead.

Plus, for the women in the room only: 3 Red Flags You Call Romantic. Not emailed, not in the recording.

I'm not his mother anymore. I get to be a girl again.

Come live. Here's why, and I'll keep it short.

I answer

You type your question, I read it out and answer it. I've been doing this in my DMs for free for a month. This time we do it out loud.

The checklist is live only

3 Red Flags You Call Romantic goes to the women in the room. Not in the recording, not in an email after.

You won't be alone for 75 minutes

This is the part I genuinely can't record for you. You'll type one sentence and watch forty women type "me too".

And the honest part Yes, there is a recording, up for 72 hours. I'm not going to lie to get you in the room. But the chat, the answers and the checklist happen once. Asia and Australia: there's an encore replay about twelve hours later with a live chat, so register anyway.

The room

There are 120,000 of us now. A month ago there were 10,000.

I didn't change my face. I just stopped being polite.

Before you ask

I don't have time

It's 75 minutes, one evening. Put your headphones in and do the dishes while you listen if you have to. I'd rather have you half listening than not there.

I've read all this before

So had I. Every book I could find, the gym, my friends, ChatGPT at three in the morning. None of it worked. Not because I wasn't trying, I was trying like hell. It didn't work because I was still building my entire life around him.

I'm 47. It's too late for me

The women in this room are 27 to 55. One of them wrote to me last week and she is starting over at 52 after 21 years. It's not too late. You've just run out of years to waste, which is a different thing.

Is this another one of those funnels?

Fair question, so let's be adults. At the end I'll mention something paid. You can ignore it completely and the 75 minutes are still yours, and nothing is held back for the women who buy. I'd rather tell you now than surprise you at minute sixty.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm not a doctor and I won't pretend to be one. This is my own experience and what I built for myself. If you are in crisis please talk to a professional. I did, and it saved my life.

Will anyone see me?

No. Camera off, microphone off. You can watch with your name hidden and ask anything anonymously.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no catch. Just an email so I can send you the link.
