Refunds

The short version: do the three days, do the exercises, and if it genuinely did nothing for you, we give your money back. We ask you to turn up first, because nobody can tell you whether something worked before they've tried it.

The free session

Free. There is nothing to refund. If you don't want the emails, the unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every one of them.

Solo and Circle

To be eligible you need to have done two things:

Attended all three days, live or by replay within the seven days your replay is available;
Done the exercises set on each day.

If you've done both and you still think it did nothing for you, email milessenta@proton.me within 48 hours of the end of day three and we return your money. We won't interrogate you, but we will ask you to send the exercises so we can see where it went wrong for you.

We are strict about this on purpose. The whole method is three days long; there is no way to know whether it worked for you until you have been through it.

VIP

Same conditions, plus the private session has to have happened. Email within seven days of your one-to-one.

The texting decoder add-on

This is a digital file delivered immediately, so it is non-refundable on its own. If you refund the tier you bought it with, it goes back with it.

How to ask

One email to milessenta@proton.me from the address you bought with. Say what you bought. That's all we need.

How long it takes

We review within three working days of receiving your exercises. Once approved, it's your bank's timetable, usually five to ten working days for the money to appear. It goes back to the card you paid with; we can't send it anywhere else.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us first. We would much rather fix it directly than have you go to your bank, and we have never refused a refund that was asked for within the window above.

If we cancel or move a date

If we cancel, you get all your money back automatically. If we move the dates and the new ones don't work for you, tell us and you get all your money back.
