Privacy

Short version: we collect your first name and email so we can send you the session link and remind you about it. We don't sell your data to anyone. You can have it deleted by asking.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [legal entity name, licence number and registered address — Ajman Free Zone, UAE]. For anything in this policy, including deletion requests, write to milessenta@proton.me.

What we collect

• When you register: your first name and email address, the page you registered from, and the date and time.
• When you buy: your name, email and billing country, plus what you bought. Card details go straight to our payment provider — we never see them.
• When you attend: whether you turned up, and anything you choose to type in the chat or reply to our emails.
• Automatically: whether our emails were opened or clicked, and basic technical data from the web server such as IP address and browser.

Why we are allowed to use it

• To deliver what you signed up for — sending your access link and reminders, and giving you access to what you bought. This is performance of our contract with you.
• To tell you about what we do next — consent, which you gave when you registered and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
• To keep the thing running and safe — preventing spam and abuse, and keeping accounting records. Our legitimate interest, or a legal obligation.

Who else touches it

Only the companies that make this work, and only for that purpose:

• Kit (USA) — the email list itself and the emails we send you.
• Vercel (USA) — hosting for this website.
• Our payment provider — taking payment and handling refunds.
• Zoom (USA) — running the live sessions.

We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to advertisers.

Data leaving your country

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and the services above are largely in the United States, so your data is processed outside the EEA and the UK. Where that applies, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Records of purchases are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Session recordings are kept for the period stated for that product.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it for marketing, which you can also do yourself with the unsubscribe link;
• hand it over in a portable format.

Write to milessenta@proton.me and we will deal with it within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this page changes first and you will be asked.

Children

This is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
