These terms cover the free live session and the paid three-day intensive sold on this website. By registering or buying, you agree to them. Please read them; they are short.

Who you are dealing with

This website and the programmes on it are operated by KOVY OR MEDIA - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates under licence no. 40702, at Office C1-1F-SF3468, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). What we actually sell

• The free live session — roughly two hours on Zoom, Q&A included. Free, live only, and not recorded.
• Unapologetically Yourself — a three-day live intensive on 8–10 September 2026, in three tiers: Solo, Circle and VIP. All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the sales page at the moment you buy. Solo, Circle and the full VIP price are charged in one payment at checkout; the VIP two-payment option is charged twice, a month apart, and stops there.
• Unapologetically Yourself — the recordings — the full video recording of all three evenings of the September 2026 intensive, together with the 27-page workbook, the 10 Red Flags checklist and the boundary scripts pack. A digital product, delivered immediately after purchase on a page that does not expire. It is a recording of a past event: there is no live teaching, no access to Marina, and no group. Sold on its own, at the price shown on the sales page at the moment you buy.
• The texting decoder — an optional add-on at checkout. A digital file, available immediately after purchase.

What each tier includes is listed on the sales page at the time you buy. That list is what you are entitled to.

This is not therapy

Marina is not a doctor, a psychologist or a licensed therapist, and she does not present herself as one. Everything taught here comes from her own experience and from what she built for herself. It is education, not treatment.

Nothing here is medical or psychological advice. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, or if you are thinking about harming yourself, contact a local emergency service or crisis line now.

Results

We do not promise any particular outcome. What you get out of this depends on your own circumstances and on what you actually do with it. Any experience described on this site, including Marina's own, is one person's experience and is not a prediction of yours.

Your seat is yours alone

Access links, recordings, workbooks, scripts and checklists are for you. Please don't share your access link, resell the material, or record and republish the sessions. We own the material and licence it to you for your personal use.

The live room

Cameras and microphones are muted for participants when they join. You may use a hidden name. What other women share in the chat stays in the room — do not screenshot it or repost it elsewhere. We may remove anyone who is abusive to another participant, without a refund.

If we have to move a date

If we reschedule, you get the new date and the recordings, or a full refund if the new date doesn't work for you. If we cancel entirely, you get a full refund.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add a conversion fee, which is between you and them.

Refunds

Set out in full on the refund page. In short: do all three days and the exercises, and if it genuinely did nothing for you, email us within 48 hours of the end of day three and we return your money. VIP: the same, within seven days of your one-to-one.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Changes don't apply retroactively to something you already bought.
